Our Band

Manjusri Concert Band had a new start since 2009. Our Alumnus , Mr Ed Tan and Mr Yeo Jie Yuan, have joined us in strength assuming the role of music directors for our band.

Focusing on enriching the members in music, discipline, leadership and developing strong esprit de corps, the band organises camps, music exchange programmes and workshops to improve the skills of its members.

Under new directives, our band will be looking forward to performing in the Singapore Youth Festival 2011.

Band Camp Information

Reminders :
  • Representative/Section leaders of each section photocopy page 17 of I recommend for everyone of their section
  • No shoes laying on the floor (or there will be punishments)
  • No touching the harmony director unless you asked permission from Mr Tan
  • Give consent form to Lihwan and $10 to Jiahui on 13 November , this coming Friday
  • WEDNESDAYS WEAR BAND TEE

  1. Band tee and shorts
  2. Notebook
What to wear&bring on 19&20 November :

1. Notebook& pencil
2. Blindfold
3. Sleeping bag (optional)
4. Clothes&undergarments
  • Day 2 - PE + shorts
  • Day 3 - Black shirt + shorts
5. Toiletries
6. Materials for presentation board
  • Color markers
  • Informations about your group instrument
