Our Band

Manjusri Concert Band had a new start since 2009. Our Alumnus , Mr Ed Tan and Mr Yeo Jie Yuan, have joined us in strength assuming the role of music directors for our band.

Focusing on enriching the members in music, discipline, leadership and developing strong esprit de corps, the band organises camps, music exchange programmes and workshops to improve the skills of its members.

Under new directives, our band will be looking forward to performing in the Singapore Youth Festival 2011.

Updates and Etc

Reminders :
  1. Band Fund of $3 - Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Euphonium and Trombone section
  2. BBQ money of $5, by next Friday
  3. SLs to prepare the conductor score of Towards the Western Horizon
  4. Juniors to practice their piece for their "test"
Nothing more, just to let you know.
I'm disappointed in you guys today. Although there was no
conductor/instructors present but you still have to respect
us. Please know when to have fun and when to be serious.
The pieces we played today were not our usual standard,
and i hope you know it.
