Dear Band Members,
We only have a few weeks left till SYF, so please work really really hard as this may be your first or last SYF that you will be performing in. Please try to attend all the practices as we don't have much time left. If you have tuition or things you have to attend to, try to arrange it on another day. Going for band practices may be tiring at times but please give it your all till the end of practice and circle down things that you have to work on. SL's if your section is free, please conduct sectionals with them and work on your articulations, rhythms etc.
Please keep up the good effort! Those who are unwell please get well soon and drink lots and lots of water! :)
Last but not least, ENJOY YOUR CAMP! :) Remember to come back in one piece. Also, if you're feeling unwell, please get well soon before the camp starts or you will be going there sick and you'll have no mood to participate in the activities :)

Our Band
Manjusri Concert Band had a new start since 2009. Our
Alumnus 
, Mr Ed Tan and Mr Yeo Jie Yuan, have joined us in strength assuming the role of music directors for our band.
Focusing on enriching the members in music, discipline, leadership and developing strong esprit de corps, the band organises camps, music exchange programmes and workshops to improve the skills of its members.
Under new directives, our band will be looking forward to performing in the Singapore Youth Festival 2011.
